Recently someone from DeadlineGames was kind enough to let me know that the volume levels of the podcasts were too low to hear in traffic.. Unbeknown to me of course as I preview them in a beautiful set of Bose headphones alone in my studio with zero background noise.  So I went and boosted the gain on all of the articles and if any of you cared to give me feeback on the volume levels that would be great as I want to make sure that they are actually audible.

Many thanks

  1. Audio file related, is it possible to get the filenames with some kind of obvious ordering & structure?
For example, “IB24-ManagingGameDesignRisk.mp3″ rather than “DanielCook-ManagingGameDesignRisk.mp3″

  2. Great suggestion, I will definitely be making that change in the naming conventions starting with article 25
